Below is a form you can fill out to help determine whether you qualify for an expungement. For a more interactive experience please use the expungement questionnaire.

Have you ever been convicted of 2 or more felonies? | no / yes |

Have you ever been convicted of three or more crimes and two of them are class A misdemeanors? |

If you WERE NOT CONVICTED of the crime you want to expunge:

If you answered “Yes” to either of those questions then you probably do not qualify for an expungement. If you answered “No” to both of those questions then move on to the next section to see if you qualify. |

A registerable sex offense | no / yes |
