What IS a Plea In Abeyance in Utah?
December 31, 2019Utah Legislature passed the Utah Medical Cannabis Act in December 2018. This allows medical providers to recommend medical marijuana to qualifying patients. Intermountain Legal has created a quick reference sheet, patient checklist and FAQ’s to help medical cannabis patients in Utah know what they can currently do to comply with the Utah Medical Cannabis Act.
Additionally, in collaboration with Utah Patients Coalition, we have created a brief legal analysis and letter you can download and take to your medical provider.
